Publishers' Forums.
Upon agreement with me, as founder of this Academic World Publications Web-site and Bulletin Board, a publisher can choose precisely how their section of this Forum is structured. By means of giving different users different permissions with this Bulletin Board and their employer's Forum within it, this publisher's forum or group of forums can be structured in an almost infinite number of ways to achieve any result. The Publisher may decide that only the Publisher's staff, and particular nominated members of their staff, may post to their Forum or Forums, or their forum could be completely open to anyone to post to it. They could have both concurrently. The forum/s could be 'moderated' by the particular Publisher and so without the Publisher's approval, no one would be able to post to the forum/s. If the publisher has more than one forum, each may have different permissions. [The permissions on this Example Forum, are 'READ ONLY'.]
